When an order is placed
Our artists will draft and email a proof for your review and approval within 4-7 business days (M-F, excluding holidays)
Once we have your approval, the order will be moved into the production queue. Production time will vary based on current volumes.
When production is complete, your order will go through a final quality inspection before being crated and prepared for shipping.
All orders will be shipped within 6-8 weeks of the date of client approval on the artist proof. Expedited shipping is available.
Things you need to know
Some cemeteries have strict rules. It is your responsibility to make sure that the marker you purchase is allowed in your cemetery.
Standard and Premium size markers are heavy and will require special handling. A standard marker (85 lbs.) can be moved by two people; however a premium marker (215 lbs.) will require special equipment to move. Make sure you have a plan in place.
